Choosing the right photo
Picking the right reference photo of your pet or loved one is vital. There are a few key factors you'll want to look for when choosing the right photo. First and foremost, the photo should reflect the individuals personality to best portray what you love most about them. Second, choose a photo with good lighting and plenty of detail. Photos that appear out of focus or shot indoors with low lighting might make it difficult for me to recreate. Last but not least, angle and pose. Ensure the photo isn't taken too far away. Photos generally appear best when taken at eye level.
FAQ
How long does it take before I receive my photo?
A. Depending on the size, complexity of the photo, and how booked I am, it typically takes a few weeks to a month. I will give you an estimated time when you submit your request.
Where are you based and do you travel?
A. I'm based in Western New York. If you're in the area I can hand deliver your portrait. Otherwise it will be shipped. Shipping costs will be included in the total.
Can I purchase a printed copy to give to other people?
A. Of course! If this is something you'd like let me know and I can send you a link to your photo where you can select the size and how you want it printed. This is done through a third party printing company.
